Why Therapy?

I would start by answering, “Why not?” The therapeutic process is not designed to promote or bring about negativity. The goal of therapy is to make improvements, even with the smallest of life’s issues. If help is available, then why not take it? As humans, we are not built to withstand all emotional elements that come our way without some kind of support. It is intrinsically molded into us to look for support when we feel lost. When times are tough, and we feel lost, therapy can provide meaningful navigation through the emotional turmoil we face.
